HermeticaBlack has delineated the essential service providers, contracts, and contractual connections, along with the necessary agreements required during the operational phase of the Project. Additionally, we have generated comprehensive documentation and processes as part of the mobilisation services we offer.
HermeticaBlack continues to manage the input into operational mobilisation to ensure that the controls and metering set-up allows for optimal supply that reduces the mismatch between the expected and real operational performance​ of the system. We are responsible for ongoing reporting on various aspects, including regulatory compliance, supply agreements, customer service, tariff setting, cost and revenue reconciliation, asset replacement decisions, retention and management of the sinking fund, and utility management, among others.
