HermeticaBlack are supporting in re-energising an ESCo operating a 2km district heating and cooling network for a multi-phased mixed-use development in London.
HermeticaBlack provided the following services to the RAD ESCo:
Working with RAD CHP Ltd on actualising a vision for a re-energised ESCo for the exclusive supply of bulk heating and comfort cooling via 2km network to the multi-phased development, currently consisting of 21 buildings with 460,000 square foot of office space and 140,000 square foot of retail and public realm. Establishing the programme for and undertaking the asset management activities on behalf of the ESCo to support the client’s strategy and key objectives for the ESCO and the wider RAD development.
