HermeticaBlack are working with the Realstar asset management and finance teams across projects in the UK in order to:

• Reduce the cost and time involved in the development and procurement phases;  
• Ensure operational energy infrastructure is adequately supporting Realstar’s core Real Estate product;  
• Align all existing and future real estate assets from an energy management perspective. 

In addition to overarching portfolio work, HB work on individual Realstar projects to provide:

• Energy system strategy and operational procurement 
• Pricing and tariff setting  
• Handover management 
• Asset management plan 
• System specification review 
• Review of meter specification 
• Supply chain procurement  
• Commercial negotiation  
• Monitoring of meter replacement installation 
• Contract review and negotiation
